I already submitted complaints regarding refund for cancelled tickets. Refer my latest complaint on 26th feb 2017. I received part refund of rs.4395 and balance of rs.1200 not yet credited to the bank account. Please refund this rs.1200 as per the letter from chief commly manager's office, tiruchirappalli, ref no: c508/1mas/2054/16-17/43, dated 25.01.2017
