Southern Railway — still I dont get my ticket detail....still my pnr status was pending

--still i dont receive my pnr detail ...Still my ticket was pending...
-now the time 6.40 pm...My train get depart 10.00pm today nigth...Still i dont get a detail
- better refund my money...And take action on respected department ...This the third time im facing this problem ...
