My name is Muthukumar R Order id 11202 with registered mobile number: [protected]. Yesterday (23/10/2019) i visited www.sparkclues.com and i booked Redmi 8 mobile 1 quantity rs.1000/- with offer. I payed rs.1000/- in Phonepe. Phonepe showing paid to "K K Traders". Phonepe Transaction ID is P1910231449452662375464. Payment UTR No.[protected]. This is step 1. Step 2 payment confirmation is not working it's showing "couldn't look up 91 number" in whatsapp. If it is your website is fake?. Please provide your customer care number. If you are not given my order, Refund my account to above transaction number. Otherwise i will go to consumer court and cyber crime police station. And i didn't received any emails from your website.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Please give me your customer care number or give my money 1000/- return back.

I have purchased and redmi 8a phone and my order id is 12688, i have paid the amount thru phonepay, after payment it is showing i have not ordered any items on the site, this is cheating from the company and not received any messages r mail regarding my order and payment receipt, they dont have a customer number.pls help me to get my money back

This is totally a scam people. My friend tried buying a Redmi for 1000 rs and ended up loosing 10, 000 rs extra by illegal HACKing of his account through Google pay. We have lodged a police complaint regarding this to the local police station and Cyber division. Don't know we will get our money back or not. This fraudulent ### should be taught a lesson.
