I am a citizen of Pune, Percept Bounty Near bhaji mandai Wadgaonsheri. There are about 10-15 dogs who continuously bark during the night for long hours. We are unable to sleep and not perform any work. also causing a lot of health issues in the family. Please help us.

Hi Sir, I booked a ticket from kolkata to chennai on 11th April 2014 with the website of specialfare. On succesful Payment I got the issue that payment was succesful but transaction was not succuesful and ticket was not booked even though money deducted from my ICICI bank but Ticket is not booked.
