Spectra India Housing — 100% payment completed but registration documents not received and concerns officials are not answering to my phone calls

My pass book no.7877, venture name is peripheral city, shadnagar,
I did 100% payment in the month of jan 2018, but after 8 months also i haven't received my registration documents, and concerns executives (Mr. Praveen) of spectra also is not answering my calls, i tried more than 100 in single days also he is not picking my call,
What is the service is want to give spectra to customers i am not able to understand.

Spectra management has to respond, whether they are able to provide registration document or you are going to refund my amount with interest??
