I had also same issue Spectra Solution, but not receive the notice yet, n i got second call as well with same offer, how shame they are.. please look into this matter its really serious issue. They taking fund from Australian company by collecting the 155 form from each one o[censored]s and also demanding the legal amount by giving stupid reason, in my case the reason was Software crashes due to dual login/ 2 IP a found, where i was working on same system with same internet connection on very same day that happen. Surprisingly got call from lawyer ( Miss Ruchi Patil) on very next day (Sunday, 14th April, 2019), stating me multiple login issue and explaining me need to pay 60000 to 100000 as penalty. Post i scold her she cut the call then drop some legal messages which i already shared in my complaint against the company.

Hey. This company is a fraud. All they do is ask money from us for our mistakes and if we refuses to make the payment they threat us. Kindly take a strict action against this company.

This company is trying to make con and take money from public by showing legal implications which are too vague. The agreement is void and I would advice you not to give any money in any condition.They are trying to take situational advantages by using laws just to earn money in a negative manner in short it is a trap.
Same happened with my Husband. Yesterday Software got collapsed and today he got a call from Ishita More who addressed herself as Advocate from Gujarat High Court and then dropped an email and whatsapp asking containing legal notice and Asking for money. We searched on Internet to know about this lady and didn't find any details and also the number that she used to make call was from Delhi/NCR region. People don't pay amount to them. It's a fraud company they don't have any website of them. even the agreement doesn't show the details on it such as stamp paper isn't visible when we took screenshot. Is there anybody having agreement copy with Agreement clearly showing Stamp paper please share here. I will cross check its validation.
Same thing happened with me today also, I filled 163 form and on second day during work the site showed, ID crashed due to 2 login/ 2 IP.
They are just wasting our time and earning by doing fraud with us.
Some Shriya jain called me and is saying to pay maintenance charge of the site, below mail has been sent by spectra solution, every one should report it to police. I am going to do the same.

We appreciated your hard work which you have done day / night without seeing the time for the company to achieve the goal of 90% of the accuracy to get payment from the company, or may some time happens that not all time but some time helpline have not reply of your mail due to not understanding the question and when you raise your question you be on quick but you must know that there is so much other reply of the customer they need to give answer too, when lawyer called you please don;t we so frustrated we called you to resolve your matter and your issue and which case has been assign to us and you must know in the agreement comes under these categories non submission / QC fail the you need to make payment of registration fees to our clients else if you don't make payment to our client as per an Indian contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment and we also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount and for what so ever condition it is not accepted.
Abusive Word : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm.
Non Payment : If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs.60, 000/- for total loss to our client.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue i hand properly.
Summon Letter : if you don't reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
Failure to obey summon may result in issue of warrant of arrest and not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.

This company is fraud.
Am a law student and this lady whoever she is, pretending to be a lawyer doesn't know anything nor she know any word she uses it. Am into same trouble as everyone is right now but I would advise everyone present here that no need to panic and give any money.
First of all whatever she is... She doesn't have a basic knowledge of law and neither she was able to speak out from which law firm she is representing herself.
If they are willing to go to court let them because they don't have anything to prove and they won't even either go to court. And it's better if they want a legal proceeding as that way we all can prove legit reasons about how the company is trying to make con. And I am not stating many points that I have with me because they might get to know there faults and thus I would recommend everyone to go through each thing that happened right from day one and you will surely come up with the conclusion as I did.

Everyone present here I will come up with the fact that each one should go complain against these as they have done the fraudulent things right from the beginning. If you see the agreement the unique number of agreement is all same in every one cases which also shows that they have violated the stamp act agreement which is a serious offence done by them.So do not panic nor do not get threatened by them. Its all a act done by them and lets all take a serious action against them.

It might be a good thing to file a case against them but according to me what I feel that the address that is provided by them is also false and hence it might get difficult to track them as these companies are total scam.
All are duplicated as you all can see where I have marked underneath in the attachments.
They have just copy pasted and changed the name and address of the person and thus it clearly shows what this company is all about i.e. non other than scam.
