I got a call for form filling job from a kabeer from spectra solutions abd said that i had to type 1000 forms in 10 for rs30 each on 11 april and i started work from 15 april. He also asked to submit any id proof which i did. And after completing 161 forms i got a pop up saying that the software has been crashed for logging in multiple times. After that the next day i got a mail saying legal case notice against me for not completing the work and i should pay 19000 to continue the work or 55000 rupees if not. Then by afternoon i got a call from a lawyer named jigar qureshi from a law firm saying that i should pay the money by 3:30 pm or a case will be filed. I did not pay the money because i had done nothing wrong. Now he is sending me messages that an fir has been and the case is being called on 25/04/2019. After seeing some of the complaints regarding the company i got to know that i have the same problem. The advocate knows only hindi and a bit of english. Now i am getting messages that a fir has been filed and i should go to gujarat court. Please explain what to do.
