[Resolved] Spectranet — Denying refund after connection closure | |||||
My connection was closed on 07.04.2017 and I have paid amount of Rs. 4309 for bill cycle from 28 February to 27 May, 2017. At the time of taking connection, I was informed that if I discontinue in between the billing cycle, I will be refunded the amount on pro-rata basis but now they are denying to refund the remaining amount of Rs. 2421. Even when I inquired about taking a new connection, their executive confirmed that if I discontinue connection in between, I will be refunded the remaining amount on pro-rata basis. Please find attached recorded call with customer care executive.
