Spectranet — fake details and commitment for selling connection and poor support | |||
Spectranet excutive comitted to intsall the connection on same day. They done the documentation and payment on same day but now its been 3 day installation not done. There manager (Soumitra choudhary & bharat jain) never pick up the call and support don't provide escalation matrix. On asking for cancellation of connection they say talk to manager (Soumitra choudhary & bharat jain.) who never pick up the call. Such a riduculous way of making money. This is a fraud company. There have been multiple instances of network failures without any intimation.
It’s very frustrating at times.
They should address this issue with utmost urgency and show the professionalism to the customers.
