[Resolved] Spectranet — intermittent outages over last one month. | |||||
We have spectranet broadband service at home. We have been experiencing intermittent outages over last 2 months. Last month for around 15 days connection was not at all working. The customer service is not providing proper resolution. I have raised more than 10 complaints but no proper solution till now. This is impacting my work as well. I have paid for 3 months and used connection hardly for few days, now i'm expecting refund. Below are the few complaints i have raised, no proper resolution as of now, connection works for 1 day again it goes down, every time i get same answer from tech support "fiber cut issue" Sr [protected]. Sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected]. I have more complaint numbers to list down, i have to follow up daily and discuss with them for 2 to 3 hrs for getting a resolution. I had many discussions with the technical support named uday, pankaj, rateesh any many more none of them could provide a resolution as of today. Another trap is spectranet won't refund the money, so once paid your money is gone. No refund and no connection as well. Paid for three months please refund for two months as i have use the connection hardly for 1 month. Please help me to get the refund as i'm not keen to continue with spectranet broadband service, if they can provide the refund i can explore other service providers.
