[Resolved] Spectranet — Modem is not working | |||
Spectra Broadband is a useless company. 6 months back I took new connection. Every now and then they send SMS that you may face some issue in connectivity and ETA is 24 hours. In the month of March 2nd or 3rd i was not able to connect so i tried for 2, 3 days and then i registered complain about it. The technical person told me that modem is not working and I have to purchase a new one. When i told them its their responsibility to replace it they said you have to connect with the modem manufacturer. Also i have paid 3 months amount is Feb and issue started in March so instead of refunding me money they said they do not have such policy.. Even the policy is not explained to me in the beginning.
