Spectranet — not received security refund past 1 year

Broadband disconnected in jan 2018 however after 1 year the security amount 2500/- not refunded

Have contacted them multiple times escalated on appeal still no resolution

Earlier they said router not received then said refund done on 22 may now recently said refund done on 6th mar using paytm when i asked share some screenshot or evidence and which phone its credited they are not able to give details.
