[Resolved] Spectranet — Plan change not done and router not provided | |||||
Customer ID 155530 Complaint No SR[protected] Dear Team, I got my plan upgraded from 50 mbps to 100 mbps with a promise that router and plan will be activated and provided within 72 hours. I have made payment for the same. i have made 6 monthly payment. The plan was to be changed wef 13th feb 2017. As of today 23rd Feb my plan is yet to be changed nor have i received the router. Every time i call them they promise this will be done by today itself. no response from their applet mailbox. As a customer who has made the advance payment for 6 months i feel helpless and cheated. I was also not given 1st month free as per the advertisement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
