Spectranet — security refund | |||||
I opted for spectranet connection on 30.04.2017 and paid 1500 as security deposit and 1000 installation charges At the time of installation i have been told the security will be refunded when i will request for a disconnection. Due to bad service and heavy cost i decided to switch to other service provided on 14.07.2018 but when i asked for the refunds they told me i have not paid any security. This is the worst network provider ever I have all the proofs with me and i want them to take a quick action about this Was this information helpful? | |||||
