I live in pimple saudagar. Spectranet internet is not working from past 4 days. Called the customer care loads of times, no action has been taken. Very poor service.. I curse myself the day i decided to choose spectranet as internet provider.. Very pathetic service provider.. From past last day customer care people saying that technician will come, he has not came to our home yet.. I informed them to disconnect my connection an return my money back.. They are saying this is not possible.. I think only 'no' word is written in their dictionary.. They dont know the meaning of 'high priority issues'... As from past 4 days they are unable to resolve high priority issue.. I have emailed on every single email id mentioned on website.. Still no action has been taken.. I think no body care about customers and try to resolve their problems.. Very pathetic internet provider..

As form past 6 days they are unable to resolve high priority issue.. We tweeted their ceo on twitter, he also not replied.. I think no body right form ceo knows how to resolve customer's problem.. Very pathetic internet provider..

Our internet issue is still not resolved.. Specranet doesn't deserve even 1 star.. very pathetic and poor service.. their local service provider doesn't even talk respectfully. They don't even care to listen to customer's issue and they hang up call..

I have taken a qtr advance prepaid connection. the speed is horrible and they say that two users have already consumed 21GB. My mobile bill with complete usage is not higher than 3 GB.. I have complained a multiple times but nothing happens. It seems that there technical team also doesn't have a clue for the same.
