[Resolved] Spectranet — The lan cable or the router is not working since 15 days | |||||
I tried to reach the customer care multiple times via phone as well as emails but no replies received from them. They never receive calls. The LAN cable that they have connected is not working since the past 15 days. There are multiple complaints registered but no one came to resolve. They sell old routers to us which we become aware later when it stops working within few months of service. These people are simply cheaters.
