Spice Hotspot — Cheating

Avoid purchasing from Spice hot spot shops. I have a very bad experience. Once I enter in the shop they gave me a good deal. I would like to buy HTC DESIRE 826X. They told me Rs. 24500 (inclusive of Antivirus + Micro sd card of 16 GB ). When I was ready to go then they gave me reduced Price of Rs. 24200. I equired some other showrooms. The price and the total deal were almost same. But the price they gave was the cheapest because other vendors gave me Rs. 24500 inclusive of other items (sd card and antivirus). I decided to buy from Spice hot spot. When I made the payment then I realised he charged me Rs. 24500. He denied that he told me Rs. 24500 without any other offer. He denied to give me sd card and antivirus. When I told that u had given me the offer of all this then he told i[censored] want to get all this then I had to take the insurance of Rs. 2500 otherwise forget about everything. He also told me that I can go to the consumer court also. I had made the payment that's why I was helpless. But I request to all the people to avoid any kind of purchasing from Spice hot spot.
