Spice Hotspot — Mis selling at Spice Hotspot Kalkaji

I purchased a LYF Mobile phone Flame 2 from Kalkaji Store. While purchasing the handset, a reliance Jio SIM card was provided and i was asked to go to reliance store to activate. On visiting the Reliance store, they said that the formalities needs to be completed by the store. On returning back to Spice Hotspot, they took photo id & address proof and said will send the form for signature and will activate in a day. 4 days have passed and when i called they asked to visit store again with docs. Now even after 4 days they do not have required form and are arrogant to say they need another 3 days to get form and get signatures. Such pathetic treatment, arrogance of staff and mis selling is unrequired. The staff missells products and deny support just a minute after sale. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KALKAJI SPICE HOTSPOT.
