Spice Jet Airlines — after ticket cancellation didn't refund money

11-july-2017 booked 6 tickets from trivandrum, after one week cancelled all the ticket, but till the date i have not received my money back, many time i contact spice jet customer care they told me that 16 aug they send money, till the date i don't get my money. I have send all the bank details to spice jet
