Spice Jet Airlines — amount not refund

I had booked two tickets through your airline. Later both these flights got cancelled by your airline and i was informed that i would get the full refund.
But the amount not credit in my account.

And second pnr n6w3xi that is also 500 refundable this amount also not credited in my account.
