I had a flight from bengaluru to guwahati on 15th jan at 6:00 am. Boarding was happening from gate number 6. I arrived at the boarding area at around 5 and i took at seat near the gate number 4 as there were no seats available near gate number 6. I was waiting for the boarding to start when i dozed off for a while. I realized that i was late for boarding and i hurried to gate number 6 at around 5:50 am but i was told that boarding has already been completed for the flight and i would not be accommodated in the flight. I eventually missed the flight.
I have a simple question to the spice jet authorities. Once a passenger has checked in his luggage and has gone through the security checks, isn’t it a basic responsibility toward their customer on spice jets part to atleast care to call the name of any passenger who has not yet showed up for boarding but has done the luggage check in and gone through the security check.
In my opinion it shows a complete apathy on spice jets part to not show any care and responsibility towards their customer.
