Spice Jet Airlines — Baggage service | |||||
I was traveling from kolkata to bangalore on 18th june ( have attached my boarding pass for more details) in Spicejet. My PNR:- CG48SB My luggage was broken like anything anyhow i bought it back home. I was waiting for half an hour for someone to report my issue in airport but there was no one. There was one staff who took the pics of my luggage and asked me to mail to this mailid [protected]@spicejet.com. After my mail i got a response that i did not wait for reporting the issue and we cannot help you mam. I replied back that you have not done your investigation properly and i was waiting at the airport for more than 40 mins but still there was no one to take my report and even the arrival officer was not there. After a lot of mails finally they said we can give only 500rs as a compensation.So i thought atleast i would get that amount even if my bads handle is also not worth 500rs but i have still not recived the amount. Its been a month almost but i did not recive the amount. If this is the kind of service of spice jet people should not travel in spice jet. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received fake call letter on the name of spicejet airways. They are demanding security deposit of 9950rs. And the HR persons name is Siddharth chaudhary. And mentioned in call letter that interview is held in gurgaon on 9th of August. Also mentioned that security deposit is refundable
