Please refund me please when i ask them for full refund they say it is agaist company policy and when ask them canclation which was also agaist company policy rule number 9. Which say flight canot b cancled before 2 hours boarding y they cancle my flight this is my point if one side they follow rule strictly and second side they refuse to follow rule are the rules made only to looot custumers.
Please call me i want to talk with seniors regarding this issue as i am not able to explain my whole issue here.
