[Resolved] Spice Jet Airlines — cancellation charges too much | |||
I have booked a ticket for spicejet through makemytrip. The mistake i did is entering a wrong date. When i came to know it on seeing the e-ticket (After 5 minutes) i tried to cancel the ticket and shocked to see the refund amount. Total amount is 3500 and refund is 0. How could the service charge be the same as the ticket amount? I would say this as a day robbering... Was this information helpful? | |||
