Yesterday i traveled from cochin - mumbai - ahmedabad (Pnr - f4rnwl)
My luggage has been loaded at cochin in good condition & unloaded at ahmedabad in broken condition (Major damage - photo attached)
I have also raised baggage irregularity report (Bir no. 9608 - photo attached)
Kindly check & settle the complaint.

MY OTHER FLIGHT IS FROM 11:40AM.
WHO WILL PAY FOR IT?
I CAN'T REACH ON TIME...
Who is the concerned person to contact.
There is no airline staff here.
