Spice Jet Airlines — Date chgange

Hi, Today i Booked two tickets from Goa to Delhi at 2325 hrs mistakenly due to human error i selected wrong date for one of them as it was suppose to be for 27th May however i booked one of them for 28th may. I called up Make my trip asking them to make the changes they advised me to contact me spice jet saying that they can do the same without any Fee as this just an human error. When i called Spice jet i spoke to Mr. Vishal Sharma and told him the complete story but he denied for the same and when i asked him to transfer my call to any of his senior he again denied saying " i am there to help you not my senior" then he says there is some problem in his system due to which he cannot transfer the call and the call was banged.
