My p. N. R no is o714gp for sg3403 operating between madras to vijayawada schedule departure at 1:35 p. M. From chennai air port as per the schedule on[protected], on[protected] at about 14:48 hrs (Ist) i received s. M. S. From your organisation on the services provided but, on[protected] at about 5:38 a. M. I received s. M. S. That flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons you are well aware that my destination is to vijayawada from chennai due to said deficiency of service i suffered like any thing for six hours at chennai airport after reaching from cochin further it leads to my absent to the high court of hyderabad before court no.3 where my matter was posted at item no.55 immediately on receipt of the information at about 9:29 a. M. I forwarded s. M. S. To mobile no. [protected] which followed by two more messages one was at 18:16 hrs and 18:19 hrs on the same day i. E.,[protected] till now i have not received any information from your end which is an act of deficiency of service on your part making you liable for to pay the compensation to me. Therefore, you are hereby called upon to substantiate how your act in cancellation of the flight service without making alternative arrangements shall not amount to deficiency of service on your part within one week from this day failure to comply appropriate legal actions will be followed.
