Spice Jet Airlines — denied onboarding even though had 20 more minutes for the flight to depart | |
Hi team, I am really disappointed with the staff behavior and inconvenience that has happened to me with spicejet on 31 oct 2018. I have been denied onboarding for the flight sg198, bng to del which was expected to depart at 20:30. I made it to the gate no 6 of kempegowda international airport at 20:10 and i still had 20 minutes in my hand. I literally begged the representative to do the on boarding since it was very important flight for me and i couldn't afford to miss it. I reminded her that we still have time and instead of wasting the time here she can actually help me with a quick onboard. All these requests were unheard. I also requested several of the staff members to help in getting into another flight but it seems documents are preferred than customers. I made another booking with a different airlines which has cost me rs. 30, 196. Also i beared the loss of this flight and i have been denied all kinds of refunds even for a single penny. This was my first experience with spicejet and my worst experience till date. I will ensure that not only me but also anybody in my family/friends/colleagues makes any booking ever in future with spicejet. Will soon share this experience in social media as well.
