Was flying Delhi to hyd on 16th march, flight got canceled, requesting for a morning flight which is not available, further asking for a change in destination so that I can attend my meeting, the rude lady at the call center @richachawla and the manager sangeeta joshi pal threatening to disconnect the call and not changing the destination, when asked to show me the T&C they failed and asked to do whatever I can do against them..
This behaviour is NOT ACCAPTABLE
And would be taking this on social media and make sure they are taught a lesson..
