My flight was delayed by 4 hours and on arrival i found my luggage bag to be broken and my stuff tossed. I filed a complaint at the airport itself but got no response from their useless team. I then mailed them several times to which they replied by outright denying any responsibility for flight delay or luggage handling. They asked me to mitigate this issue by offering a rs. 1000 voucher to which i declined.
I would request everyone to not travel by this pathetic airlines. A lot of people had warned me about the same but i still booked spice-jet because it was cheap. Only later did i realize that that it actually turned out to be a lot costlier and it is not the ticket prices but the management and the employees who are cheap and frauds.
