Spice Jet Airlines — flight delayed every time

I travelled spice jet two times in last 15 days and got serious issue each time flight got delayed almost 2 or more hours. It seems spice jet is very casual everytime about informing its late. Both the time i really lost the purpose of visit and need to raise it as serious concern.

1. Pune to jabalpur flight connecting via hyderabad. Date 14-apr-19, pnr :- tcpwyg
2. Bhopal to pune connecting via hyderabad
Date 2-may-19, pnr khwvmr
In both the instances flights got delayed last moment.

IT SEEMS SPICE JET IS VERY CASUAL EVERYTIME about informing its late. Both the time I really lost the purpose of visit and need to raise it as serious concern.
