[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — flight is already delayed by 4 hour but passengers still do not know when boarding will start and airlines is also not giving relevant informat

Hi,

Spicejet flight sg 242 is already delayed by 4 hours in ccu airport but yet passangers do not have any idea when the boarding will start.

Many passangers have came from remote places and they are waiting from morning 7 am. Airlines should provide refreshment
To all passangers but that is not yet done by airlines. More to it passangers could have connecting flight and important meetings aswell.

Kindly take necessary actions against this airlines as passangers are literally harrased mentally and physically by this airline.
