Spice Jet Airlines — Inconvenience and harrassment because of spicejet rules

I would like to bring to your notice that due to the spicejet rules i was unable to board my flight on 10th march 2015 timing at 16:20 just because I was five minute late in receiving the boarding ticket as per the norms mentioned that we have to receive the boarding pass within 45 minutes from the departure of the flight. Even though i was having more than enough time to board my flight but only because of this rule i was not allowed. So i would like to know why there is no time variance kept in situations where passenger is unable to reach within time to receive the boarding ticket. People can suffer many problems while travelling to airport, traffic jam, accident, mechanical problem in the vehicle and many others. You should understand the emergency and need of passengers travelling in flight so high amount compared to other transportation so that they can reach there destination soon to accomplish the urgent work positively. Still 40 minutes was there in the departure of the flight but just because of this rule i cannot board the. See people can have some important work. So they cannot make themselves avail from 2-3 hours before to avoid the problems mentioned, just to receive the boarding ticket in time. Again people who are new and so many checking and procedure need to be followed in airport. Many take time to find out the exact place to receive the boarding ticket.The reason behind writing so long is just to bring to your kind notice that people can go through different problems at any time. In that case we would expect the actual customer support by sorting out the problems in every possible way. I respect your rules and regulation but at the same time i would expect the exceptional variation in your rules so that the passengers dont face such problems. For every passenger its not possible to book a ticket one after another with such an expensive amount and main thing if one is not able to reach the destination at the time of need then what is the need of such transportation facility. People with different number luggage comes for boarding and so in processing there can be delay. So in that case there would have bee little extention in the time say some 5 to 10 minutes i would have board my flight easily. I would expect that if a rule is set they should keep in mind the different unavoidable circumstances in which rules can get violated but that dosen't mean that one has to be punished for that, instead he should be helped so that he can have a happy journey as always said. I would be expecting a positive reply with a positive solution with a hope that this problem will be understood.
