Spice Jet Airlines — luggage damaged, strange behaviour!!

I flew mumbai to hubli, pnr - p7dkms, the crew damages my checked in bag, photos taken and complaint registered.. A business traveller suffered with the carelessness o[censored]nethical behaviour at the spot and now after lot of follow ups with the office, there is no resolution to compensate for my expensive bag.. They say its not in the policy, then who governs the wrong doing of your team. This is highly ridiculous on part of spicejet to manage the customer relationship - i highly recommend not to fly this airline.
