Spice Jet Airlines — misbehave of staff to my elderly parent.

This is to raise the issue that, spicejet staff at check in counter on date 20th may 2018 at 01:38 fight from dubai to kochi. Behaved so arrogantly to my dad with an issue in baggage allowance. The reason the gave is, the spicejet airline company treats her so badly so why do she care about the costumers. I raise this issue as an act harassment infornt of public.

Weather is perfectly fine and the other flights are on time but it's just SpiceJet from Delhi to guwahati is delayed. The worst service. Customer service don't talk properly, help desk cannot give specific reason for delay. Our one day is wasted. Don't suggest to travel by this airlines
I had cancelled my ticket with SpiceJet for a flight from Kolkata to Delhi on 4th may. The cancellation was done more than a week prior to the scheduled flight. The ticket costed me 3 thousand and I was to be returned 999 from the cancelled ticket. The same has still not been done.
Please return my money.
