Hi,
I had a spice jet flight, sg-8481 on the 18th august 2019 from patna to delhi which was at 17:10 hours. I wasn't able to do the web-checkin and after reaching airport i was informed at the counter that the flight has been degraded and we will accommodate you in the next flight which was at 20:25 from patna on flight sg-8145.
I am thankful that i was given a flight but why wasn't the passengers informed about the flight degradation. We had to sit at the airport for good 4-5 hours doing nothing. How do you want to compensate the time loss we had in the airport.
Please explain.
