Spice Jet Airlines — no refund of cancelled ticket

Hello, I had booked an air ticket of SpiceJet from Delhi to Mumbai(23rd January 2015) with PNR number-YYIZ8Q, and had cancelled the ticket on 21st jan 2015. After cancellation it said that Rs.1950 will be refunded in my account after 30 working days. Till date there is no refund of any amount from SpiceJet. I had called the customer care numbers, but nobody picked the call for 15-20 mins of continuous ringing. This is really unacceptable from such a big company. Please reply where the problem is and when will I get my money back. Regards, Purnima Burnwal
