Most respectfully lay before you the following facts for your kind necessary step please.
My booked ticket from chennai to agartala bearing pnr no-ay1g3a has been cancelled on 12th june, 2016, but amount not yet refund. Kindly take immediate step in respect of refund money to my savings account.
I trust you will sympathetically look in to the matter and take necessary step as soon as possible and thus obliged.
