Dear spice jet, It is embarrassing to learn that while i was rescheduling my spicejet flight from 16 august to 18 august 2019 from new delhi to chennai n while talking to your customer care number +91 [protected] the executive ms ritika was doing accordingly and asked me to pay online rs 5791/- which i did through net banking yes bank where we get massage and same reflected debited from my account and also got itinerary on confirm ticket which i have saved it. Later few minutes got sms from spice get that payment has not made and insisted to re do the payment. I need to know how such fraud are being done by spicejet like renowned organisation. I need immediately a copy of spicejet account statement showing if they received payment or not in next 2 hours on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my cell no is +91 [protected]. Failing which i will forward case to consumer deptt Passanger name - yashasva lonkar.
