Spice Jet Airlines — pre booking seat charged 3 times. meal not served

I had booked 3 tickets for delhi kolkata for 1st june -flight name sg 272 . on 31st may i booked 3 online meals and pre booked seat no 3a, b and c. apay ment of rs 1324 was paid thry my axis bank ac at razorpay spicejet.( see attachment) but after the payment i didnot receive any confirmation so i called spice jet customer care. The said that my payment is not reflecting in spice jet system so I hav eto book again and the previoiusly deducted amount will be refunded. This time only agreed for rebooking my seats and again paid rs 374/- tthru axis bank net banking . The amount of rs 374 was deducted from my a/c and i also got my tickets stating my seat nos 20ABC.
But on 1st june when I went to the spice jet counter for boarding, spicejet attendANT said that I have an out standing of rs 374 and my boarding passes are blocked. so they again charged rs 374 . paid 1324 +374+374 for 3 seats and meal was also not served stating that its not booked. Nor the extra amount deducted has bees refunded, as committed by spice jet at the counter.
