Spice Jet Airlines — Refund issue | |
I have booked ticket in Spicejet for Journey from Ahmedabad to Goa for 11th April 2020 but due to Covid-19, there is lockdown in a country and all flights were cancelled by Government. As per Government Guideline, the amount will be kept in credit shell till 31st March 2021 and if that amount is not used then they will initiate refund and will get credit into account within 7 to 10 working days. I have not used that credit shell amount as there was no planning and i have initiated refund initiation process since 7th April 2021 but yet the amount is not credited into my account even after too may follow ups via email and even post call to customer care numbers. Lastly, one of customer care executive send cancellation ticket on 5th May 2021 and confirmed me to refund the amount in may bank account within 5 to 7 working days. But this is not yet done till now and its almost 1.5 month gone but there is no resolution for the same. For your reference, i am mentioning my PNR number here. My PNR is D6CY8V - Complain Ticket Number[protected]. I request you to take up this complain at higher level and get the resolution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
