Spice Jet Airlines — refund not received | |
Hi, I made a booking in spicejet from dubai to chennai (1st august 2020). Due to covid-19 restriction the flight got cancelled. Hence i sent an email to [protected]@spicejet.com requesting for a refund as there are no flights to reschedule until 30th september. I was informed by [protected]@spicejet.com that the refund has been initiated and it will get credited within 20 working days. However i haven't received the refund yet and also no response from the [protected]@spicejet.com team as well. It is been more than a month and no response from them.
