Spice Jet Airlines — refund of cancelled flight

I am already spoken 7-8times with spice Jet executives
I have got call on 15th March 2020 call recording being attached. Starting that flight with both PNR NUMBERS PNR -D7N5UF
PNR-ZD53TW have been cancelled and I am going to get refund now spice Jet executives are denying for refund now.

I spoke to MR.saif on 19th March and he clearly said that they will refund us the amount and the call got disconnected now I spoke to MR Irshad team leader he is saying that refund is not will happen whatever inwant to do i can do.
I am attaching call recordings if I dnt get proper reply il report in local police station and in ministry of aviation for Same.
