Spice Jet Airlines — requesting traveler certificate of mr bandapalli koteswara rao

I am mr bandapalli koteswara rao who travelled in spice jet sg-3611 on 19th may 2018 from kolkata to visakhapatnam.

I have lost the boarding pass and unable to submit to my hr dept.

They have asked for traveler certificate conformation.

So i herewith humbly request you to provide me the traveler certificate conformation and do the needful
