I would like to report an incident in pune airport today where my parents had the most bad experience with the airline. They are not from the city. Due to traffic on road and then the waiting time on airport entry they were delayed in arriving at check in counter. They arrived 5 minutes to closing and staff preferred to argue than to help them. Even after a lot of begging they were no allowed to board. Both my parents are senior citizen one is diabetic and the other one has sever heart issues. My question is when they were travelling from. Airline and the flights were delayed coz of your error. Who compensate them for that delay.. A sorry is not enough. Does the airline take responsibility then. Answer is big no. I am. Do e with the this monopoly of airlines. Then they were asked to rebook the flight again no compensation was offered nor a clear understanding of returning some fare and adjusting g in new tickets were given. They were charged an additional 45k at the airport. Is there no consumer right on this. So the airline can get away with there errors and delay but would not consider adjusting a passenger. If something was to happen to either of my parents with all this stress who would take the responsibility. I would like to take this to social media and also file a consumer complaint against this. I want an answer on refund of flight and adjustment and why was my father asked to pay that hefty amount again. Was this information helpful? |
