Hi i'm a passenger of today's kolkata to mumbai flight[protected] and while check-in my luggage i faced a very rude arrogant staff of spice jet... I had two big luggages with me... As soon as i arrived in the counter that guy showed his tantrum instead of showing his smilling face and greeting for the morning he asked me to hurry up and come first to show my boarding pass. I told him i have two luggage to handle and first to get into check in he ignored completely as if he didn't hear.. Again he asked me to come and when i told him there is no staff here to help me he told me in reply that — "this is my job to do"... Again he started talking to me in hindi when he himself is bengali and i'm too... When i asked me so he replied that is a national language... Now my question if so why he is not speaking in english... That is an international language. Whenever i was talking about his beheviour he completely ignored and not even apologies for a single time. He got me a receipt of rs. 4000 without even explaining why i need to pay so... Even if it is for luggage why did he deduct so much he didn't explain.. He just handed over me the receipt and asked me to leave the counter.
Is it the way you guys treat? And that's why people scare of traveling through your airways.
I would expect you to take necessary action and serve better to the people you are running your business for.
