[Resolved] Spice Jet Airlines — Ticket not booked but amount deducted from my account | |||
I was booking ticket on 11 Jan 2015 from spicejet.com from Bangalore to New Delhi for the travel on 9th Feb 2015. While doing that the amount got deducted from my citibank account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 5405) but I didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site. Then I got suspicious and called the customer center. I gave him the details about the payment and waiting to hear back from spicejet.
