Hi
I have booked ticket on 24th sep through call center.
Round trip: jaipur to to ahmedabad 4th nov & ahmedabad to jaipur 17th nov.
However i called back to call centre to change return date from 17th nov to 18th nov
Mr deepak & mr gaurav sharma denied for any exception any ticket cancel and rebooking charges.
I have to pay extra 5000 for my new request.
When i asked mr deepak to transfer me to supervisor he did not helped me instead he transferred the call to sme mr gaurav sharma.
This is really unprofessional against customer request of having a word with supervisor.
Kindly grant exception & exemption for charges (Rs 5000) and change my return ticket to 18th nov
