Spice Jet Airlines — tickets & boarding passes not issued - payments deducted | |||
I made a booking under spicemax on 31/05/19 on sg 2746 for travel on 1st june from kanpur to delhi. Payment of rs 5134/- was deducted from my hdfc bank credit card. But after payment at 8.28 pm no mail or sms were received for confirmation of booking as there was a system error on their website. Booking was tried on their website "www.spicejet.com". As travel was urgent i made another booking under spice saver on their website towards the same booking. Payment of rs 4400/- was deducted at 9.39 pm but again no booking confirmation was received. I tried another booking through hdfcbankinfinia.com which was successful with pnr qi1gue. However, web check in was not successful on their website after selecting seat and payment of rs 150/-. I tried web check in again and paid another rs 150/- but again no boarding pass was issued. I have paid total (Rs 5134/- + 4400/- + 150/- + 150/-) = rs 9834/- from the credit card mentioned above. Their customer care numbers were not reachable for nearly two hours when i tried to bring their attention to the problem. I spoke to spicejet staff at the airport who confirmed that the amount would automatically get credited back, but no reversal has happened till now.
