[Resolved] Spice Jet Airlines — Unable to Contact Customer Care on my Flight Cancellation and Refund Status | |||
I have booked my flight ticket to board flight SG 422 for travelling from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 6th Aor 2015. On 31st Mar I got a message from the Customer care that my flight stands cancelled and I need to contact the Customer care to book another flight with the airliner. I have called the Customer care on 31st Mar and 1st Apr but there was no personnel to attend my calls. Hence, I had no option but to book my ticket with another airliner. After this horrific experience and the helplessness, I just wanted to know if at all the airliner is going to refund the money for booked ticket and if they give in how many days.
